On March 25, 2017 at St. John Baptist Church (Fairmount Ave., Newark, NJ.) Pianoman Bob Richards sang in a Women's History Month Program, "It All Started With Eve". It was an outstanding showcase of great talented vocalist and musicians that raised scholarship money for Newark School of the Arts Drama Department. He, among the many singers performed songs about various types of women and songs with women's names in them. Pianoman Bob sang a duet with Mrs. Patricia Assan, "Bess, You Is My Woman Now",a song from Gershwin's Porgy and Bess. They received standing ovations!

Thanks to all who came to the show! Pianoman Bob Richards and Stevie-G. are glad they made you smile, laugh, clap, sing along..., and some danced! Steven Malski Niles and Orion Turre helped with the music in the open mic and during their music sessions!!!! Ryan, the young guitar man dropped by and started things off in the open mic/musicians part! Barbara Kukla, noted Jazz Music Historian took a front row seat and enjoyed the show!!!! The house filled up later on in the night! Another great night at The DLV Lounge! Thank you George (Owner/Manager) DLV Lounge. Pianoman Bob Richards and Stevie-G. look forward to the next show!
